  • Remove light construction debris and trash
  • Wipe and remove dust from toilets, sinks, counters, and fixtures
  • Polish mirrors and faucets, removing paint or adhesive residue
  • Sweep and mop hard surface floors (construction dust removal)
  • Dust and clean accessible baseboards
  • Clean inside windows and frames (removing stickers if present)
  • Wipe inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
  • Dust light fixtures accessible with 2-step ladder
  • Dust ceiling fans if present
Kitchen
  • Remove light construction trash and packing materials
  • Wipe down and dust sinks, counters, and backsplash areas
  • Remove dust and debris inside, outside and under all appliances
  • Clean inside windows and frames (removing stickers if present)
  • Wipe inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers (does not include top of cabinets)
  • Dust light fixtures accessible with 2-step ladder
  • Dust and wipe down baseboards
  • Dust ceiling fan and vents if available

  • Vacuum and wipe inside closets including shelves, baseboards, and floors
  • Dust all horizontal surfaces (counters, shelves, nightstands, ledges)
  • Sweep and mop hard surface floors for dust removal
  • Vacuum carpeted areas
  • Wipe down trim, molding, and doors for drywall/plaster dust
  • Wipe accessible baseboards
  • Clean inside windows and frames (removing stickers if present)
  • Dust ceiling fan and vents if available
Common Areas (Living/Dining/Hallways)

  • Polish glass surfaces such as mirrors and tabletops (remove stickers/residue if present)
